It’s completely irrational and doesn’t matter one bit that they are small and we are big etc. It’s primeval and psychologically the way they run with all those legs represents a hand invading. Terrifying!

Im with you on that, I HATE them. I don’t care if it’s a massive one or a tiny one. I am in tears . People say they’re more scared of you, and I’m like no they are not . The way they sit and then just run about makes me ill. Even seeing them on the tele makes me cringe, in real life I’d be hyperventilating

You really have thought about their movements I hate rats - so I do get the fear thing - I think after a few weeks in the jungle the drama queens would have toughened up a bit- but it got them airtime- maybe that was part of the plan
