For some reason when chores were allocated Seann went very strange saying he hated it when people don't like him, and Scarlette won't like him if they do washing up together. I get the impression from what Scarlette said that she is mega organised and Seann isn't. But she was quite happy about it. That literally seemed to be it.
I felt sorry for Seann right then tbh. He looked like he was having a panic attack and had got that horrible claustrophobic feeling. Chris following him around singing in his ear didn't help (not that Chris knew).

(The penny must've dropped for Charlene when Ant said something like 'didn't you mind you were making the sleeping conditions harder for everyone else?' that that is what the public were commenting on. Not her brave impartial journalistic integrity 🙄)

Plus I think there was a point when Scarlette asked if she could “swap” chores with someone else and Seann seems really insecure. I think he thought she was asking that because she didn’t like him and didn’t want to do chores with him and he (admits himself) is desperate to be liked so I think he just spiralled about it

So much strange behavior. Like when he started going on how amazing it was when Matt spoke of politicians swerving questions.

Although I'd be self conscious after Scarlette announced to the whole group immediately how she didn't want her task with him.

I think Seann has low confidence, he seems insecure and not all that happy in there. He seems to be trying too hard to be funny and get camera time. He reminds me a bit of Andrew Maxwell from 2019 series.

Same with a lot of comedians who are jolly on stage but miserable and mentally unwell off it.

I thought after she’d been teamed with Sean she said something about someone else doing the washing up with her could she swap Sean 🤔 unless I imagined that bit 😂
 
Can’t understand for the life of me why Mike tindall is so popular and people want him to win. I find him deathly boring and bland tbh. I’d rather see him out next than any of the others cos he doesn’t bring anything to it other than high entitlement and being visibly jealous of Matt. Just not entertaining, sorry. At all.

Agree, although I think there's more happening there than your standard comic with low self-esteem.

I'm hoping that we see more screen time of Mike this week as the number of contestants reduces. I totally understand why there are topics about the royals he'd rather not discuss as it would look tacky and disrespectful to his in-laws (Harry and Meghan race row for example). I still hoped for more anecdotes that he could tell - we've only heard him talk about meeting Zara and the time he exposed his boxers to Princess Anne.

Yes I said to my husband he seemed to have a panic attack as that's what I'm like when I have them. I think he has alot of mental ill health he needs to deal with, bless him.

Tbf that 'might' have to do with the Queen sitting on her own at Phillips funeral. *Speculating *
 
I've just watched the Walkman debacle. Despite watching the whole show I got distracted during that bit. This isn't a poor Matt post (this lady's not for turning) but the campmates were shits to him. Scarlette saying he deserved to feel bad because he was so sure of the answer - did she know the answer? None or them did. Then to all massage Charlene's broken ego like they did. Wtf. At least Matt brings home the bacon. They're all disappointing. I don't watch any of them and think how much I like them.

I'm glad BG got it off his chest - better out than in. Matt has handled worse than a washed-up diva, he is unflappable.

I thought they were bitter too. I don't think Matt was trying to screw them over by giving the wrong answer, he tried his best. They wouldn't have reacted like that if say Mike had got the question wrong. Just any excuse to have a pop at Matt.

Look how lovely they were when Chris got 1 star and BG and Charlene got 2 and that was for actual meals not a bite of chocolate. They are bullies. Happy to eat his food when he wins though. Cunts.
 
I’m sick of Owen being mollycoddled about being hungry, although he himself personally I don’t mind. The mother hens have been pissing people off on his behalf, poor boy!

Changed my mind again about Chris Moyles. Warming to him again now. He’s been self-depricating and human ever since he came back with that one star. Him and Baba I like just cos they’re cute and hopeless. Aww! Baba and the frogs especially cute.

Seann was initially one of my faves but his behaviour last night raised some significant red flags for me. I re-read that open letter his ex wrote and it just rang true somehow. He’s obviously traumatised - it really wasn’t a good idea for him to be on reality tv again so soon, before he’s worked through his issues. I don’t dislike him but would rather he left soon, for his own sake mostly.

Matt was great at the trials and wasn’t given the credit for any of it by the others. He must be the lonliest in there, but he’s putting on a brave face and pushing through. Obviously playing a game of whitewash but can’t help rooting for him a tiny bit.

Jill is my current favourite to win! She was anyway, but after her speech last night, definitely. Even though she has a good chance of winning the whole thing she really thought she could be the first out. What a girl, to have gone through her career and still keep her feet firmly on the ground. Polar opposite of Charlene who believed she’dbe there every week ticking the others off. Hee hee!!

Don’t feel strongly about any of the others as I don’t think they contribute much to the camp and aren’t very good viewing. With Sue, it can go either way. Won’t have harmed to let her know she was in the bottom 2 by the public last night – we might see her best side more often from now on. And she’s better off without Charlene bringing her down to that level.
