I actually feel really sad for Seann. I think he's a decent guy who fucked up and I think the fall out was a bit OTT tbh. Yes what he did was awful, but it's between him and the people involved, noone else. He is clearly very damaged from it all and is terrified of being disliked. As much as Sue is a twit, I have to hand it to her, she was very lovely to him and the fact he went to her shows she is probably nicer to them in camp than we see.

Tbf i thought he was right i got the walkman and discman totally mixed up all suck up to Charlene and tell her it was ok to quit blah blah but get angry at matt for them not winning a cube of chocolate behave

Hard to know what's true about that whole Seann story. It's more than just the infidelity - he wouldn't have been so badly vilified or rather, it would have blown over. But when your ex writes a book and appears on radio talking about gaslighting and emotional abuse, it goes on a different path. To be fair to her, I heard her on Radio 4 a long time after it happened and she was articulate and convincing. I came away believing her. He is reported to have admitted his behaviour was abusive. I think he agreed with her Twitter statement when he was on the Jonathan Ross show. I can't know what the truth of the matter is, but he seems remorseful and to have learnt from it and is unlikely to do it again, whatever 'it' actually was.

I don't enjoy bg being so 2 faced when he could just say it to people's face and just sit and enjoy the fireworks hes created 😂 now that would be entertaining just had a core random I'm a celeb memory unlocked in my brain who remembers when cliff (played minty on eastenders) brought a little xmas tree as his luxury item (saw a mini xmas tree in a window and just randomly remembered 😭

Anyone who puts others down just for the sake of it are just unhappy with themselves. I’m 20 years old and remember some friend groups I had when I was 15/16. Constantly making smart comments, degrading me (trying to make it as a joke cough cough BG) and I finally realized that it was all down to jealousy and the fact that they were unhappy with themselves. BG is a perfect example of that and you don’t have to agree with Matt’s politics (I don’t) but he’s been nothing but kind in there and that’s all I’m judging him on.

From what I can gather, he mentally tortured her and told her she was crazy / mental / insane when she had suspected / questioned him about cheating etc (pre SCD). What a knob for doing that, when he later confirmed that he had cheated on her. And then to leave her waiting on her birthday, alone while claiming he would be back but actually went out with the SCD cast, is just cruel. I guess people can change and he probably has grown up, but still it’s those allegations that caused most of the uproar I think, rather than just about “the kiss”.

Precisely. That's why I said it was more than infidelity. He was forced to take a look at himself when it all blew up in public and probably had therapy. I'm sure he's not the same person now as then.
