this interview explains a lot about Seann

And I haven’t got very far with this one yet but Matt seems pretty much the same as he is in the jungle (highly likely he’s just following the PR briefing for both of course – and that’s his PR advisor/romantic partner in the lift with him at the beginning – but the personality that comes through is totally consistent):

When it comes to retired Lionesses, I would've been equally happy if Ellen White had gone in there instead. She seems lovely too and probably would've been a bit more lively and made her presence felt a bit more (for those who perceive Jill to be boring) but Jill is great - hands down my favourite campmate this year - and I still hope she wins. 🤞
Me too. I hope she gets more airtime. I love her sense of humour and the fact that she’s so ‘normal’.
Her interview after the footie about how embarrassed she was that her gran saw her calling that German player ‘a bleeping prick’ was so funny. Look it up on YouTube.

I’m more conflicted about BG than any of the others. I really wanted to like him (I’m of that generation) and I still do at times. Like in trials when he tries a lot harder than you’d expect and keeps his head and his humour and his kindness to the others (ex. Matt of course). That’s when we see the best of George I reckon. But he needs to get over the Matt thing by now – God, it’s been so long, it’s hardly a shock he’s in there by now. If he doesn’t like him, fair enough, just keep out of his way like Mike, Scarlette and Baba seem to do. And his bloody chanting first thing in the morning really gets my goat! Wouldn’t be my first choice go kick out though – lets get rid of the dead wood first.
Here here. I'm of that generation too. I think he is good in the trials. Charlene let him down in that last one. If he's that bothered by Matt, leave or keep out of his way.

I think BG telling Matt was ok, better to tell him to his face. I wish he’d told him earlier and then either kept out of his way or made a bit more of an effort. Tbh I think he thought Matt would be the first one out so wanted it on record with the public to earn brownie points that he told Matt what he thought. Guess he was a bit shocked then he wasn’t first out.

I’ve never watched IAC before* so sorry if this is a silly question. Do the public always vote for who they want to keep in rather than evict or was last night a one off?

If so, got to say I prefer it. Some really boring ones always got to the last 4 on BB just because no-one felt strongly about them either way.

* Started watching this year cos I was intruigued about Matt Hancock being in there and now I’m hooked! Way better than BB ever was. More like, what was that other one they had years ago, with 2 teams on an island competing against each other? I actually preferred that to BB in the early days but then it got cancelled. Going back about 20 yrs though sorry.

And just to be a total witch, it doesn't look like Charlene has lost much weight which must be at least one of the main reasons, apart from the money, that people go in.
It was really unflattering when she buttoned her khaki shirt all the way to the top – added about a stone on her. Lesson learnt – I’ll now know to never do that! 😸

As bored as I am with the whole Poor Owen is Going Hungry trope, you can actually see he’s lost a lot of weight.

I swear Boy Georges issues with Matt are because he actually secretly likes him/fancies him and he hates himself for that... and thats why he's being the way he is. I mean if I truly hated someone like he claims I wouldn't entertain them at all, I certainly wouldn't be sat next to him for most of the day... everytime you see Matt sat in the camp Boy George is next to him! It just gives me school vibes you know, being horrible to the one you actually fancy!

Do you mean Shipwrecked? I loved that show!

Funnily, I’d also noticed that BG is always sat next to Matt chatting to him. Yet apparently he hates him🤔

I’ve finally finished last nights show and it’s safe to say I’m extremely happy that Charlene went first, In no way is she impartial.

I don’t watch Loose Women but I hope Janet Street Porter tells her straight that she was complete pathetic wet wipe .

Another one worried about what the viewers / fans think of him mixing with the Tory .

An interview from 1985 with Boy George's parents

Thanks for sharing this. The tone of some of the questions were a bit off (/“of their time”) but George’s parents both came over as being supportive while still keeping his feet on the ground. I can also see a bit of both in him. I think I read somewhere that his dad was abusive to his mum – I hope I’ve got that wrong, he seems so gentle on this.

I’m staggered that so many people are falling for Matt’s Mr Nice Guy act, he’s a career politician, he will never allow his real colours to show.

This is a man that gave a £40M contract for PPE to his pub landlord, ignoring the fact that this is your money he handed over to his mate, this act put frontline worker’s lives directly at risk.

But hey, he eats kangaroo anus without complaining, let’s make him king of the jungle, you’ll all be standing on your doorsteps clapping him next 🙄
Just my opinion but I don’t think he’s putting on an act. Nobody can act when being recorded 24/7 - not even Sue who’s a professional actress. Surely she would act and try to come across as a nicer human if it was about acting…
