I might be one of the few that thinks this, but I actually liked it when Charlene interrogated "The Hancock". I perfer it when people just say it how it is, instead of the Chinese whispers. Also, she's a journalist, so she probably can't help it. It made me like her a bit... I felt like she was asking questions that we wanted the answers to, even if deep down we knew that they would be a load of sh*t.
Her whole body response to his stability comment was pretty much what I did when he said that 😆 I'm not a fan of hers and she irritates me sometimes (she can come across superior) but I don't share the strong dislike of her lots of people in here feel.

I’m guessing she’s reallllllllly annoying in Loose Women but I don’t watch that. From what I’ve seen of her in the camp, she seems ok 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'll give him this - he doesn't appear to have any malice in him and he doesn't seem like a game player. Although not too bright, he is probably one of the nicest people in there.
I don't believe him that he has no idea who Matt is. He was holding back during the crossword to keep up the act imo.
He's definitely playing up to say the right things in the confessional to get airtime.
Just as much as a game player as them all.

Right you lot - sharpen your pitchforks... controversial post incoming...
I don’t see a problem with Matt Hancock being in the jungle and I do think his decision to go in will make or break him. Behind the person is a human being, and I think we should give him a fair chance to see the person behind the news headlines and criticism, which is often hyped up to a narrative to paint people in the most negative light possible.

The pandemic isn’t solely down to Matt Hancock’s doing? He isn’t the first or last politician to break covid rules and he isn’t the first person to cheat on his partner (Sean Walsh? Mike Tindall?). Boy George also remember did a stint in jail and has skeletons in his closet too?

Whatever happened to the be kind narrative? Or does that only apply to the holier than now people?

I hope he smashes the trial tonight and brings home every star to camp and if be, smash every trial - because ultimately it will be boring viewing. I’d much rather see Charlene do a trial to be honest!

When you've been convicted of handcuffing a young man to a wall, beating him, and imprisoning him, then it's probably best not to judge others.

This is all about Boy George trying to play the martyr. He's doing what he thinks the public want to see. Boy George is doing what he thinks is best for Boy George.
This definitely. BG is highly intelligent and calculating, he knows that the public will expect celebrities like him to be left wing and very anti the tory government. My bet is that this will just amount to him being bitchy in the bush telegraph and he won't be confrontational, he'll let others like Charlene go into battle with Hancock. BG will do some more chanting and then pretend to be all Zen about everything.

He did tell everyone to stay home, stay away from loved ones etc as the health secretary (!!!) whilst canoodling with a woman (whilst at work!!!!!), a woman he had an affair with & then left his wife for - the man is SCUM & absolutely should not be there as a working MP. It beggars belief. He doesn’t deserve support or kindness, he wasn’t kind or professional when the country was in unprecedented crisis.

It’s incredibly insulting on many levels. I don’t want to see him do all the trials either, I want to see him off a tv game show, shutting up and doing his job. The bloody idiot.

His affair isn't the issue although it hardly casts him in a good light.

Of course he isn't responsible for covid coming to our shores. Basic, bad decisions were made which he was a part of though.

As Health Secretary I expected him to follow the guidelines he proposed. His guidelines had an effect on millions yet he didn't see fit to follow them himself. This, for me, is unforgiveable. He's human, yes, that doesn't mean we should just accept it as ok because it really isn't. It's nothing to do with being holier than thou. His actions show me the kind of man he is, regardless of the news.

It feels like a return to griping reality TV, which is so rare these days. Is boy George going to call out Matt on his affair? And will Matt in return call out boy George on handcuffing a rent boy and beating him.

Whatever happened to the be kind narrative?
That's always been a load of hypocritical wank!

Very dangerous game to play. Judging the public mood has been the downfall of others.

If people feel really strongly about Matt being in there then they should boycott the show. Don’t give it the view or attention. But for every post about him where there are 1009 comments saying “Disgusting, he shouldn’t be in there”, ITV are rubbing their hands because they’re getting publicity, views and therefore ad revenue!

I know Sean and Matt have done some despicable things but I hate to say it but I found them both so funny together 🤦🏼‍♀️
I'm confused about the hatred for Seann, Matt I understand of course because he broke the rules imposed on others.

Is Seann's only crime kissing a woman who wasn't his girlfriend? What else has he done to be so disliked? Am I missing something here?

His girlfriend then went on to write a memoir about how Seann was a coercive controller and gaslighter when they were together.
I haven't read it (no offence to her but I found her irritating) so have no idea how bad it was for her.
