I've said the same, he won't do tasks, he's got a special menu and has been allowed to customise his outfits... why, he's a washed-up 80s singer with a conviction, his face said it all when Owen didn't know who he was and the 'I used my name' comment yesterday when talking about his gran in hospital... what did he think the nurses would do, oh, Boy George's nan must live so let's sod all the other patients - they probably put the phone down and said what a twat he was by thinking they'd prioritise care to a family member of a bald bloke with tatts on his face who says 'uuuuuuuummmmm' a lot!

Instead of calling Chris Gregg they should made them call Boy George a different name

There's other trials he can do though. He could've tried the first one walking the plank. Other past trials, non eating include being in a container that fills with water, could have leaves and mud rain on him instead of critters.

He’d probably have had a massive tantrum and asked to leave. His ego is very, very fragile and so ITV have to protect their investment in that respect. He’s almost certainly a narcissist, and a malignant one at that. The special menu thing is a load of bollocks and defeats the whole objective of the show. Why can’t he just eat fucking vegetables? Rice? Beans?
 
I can’t bare him as much as the next person and I am absolutely not a supporter of the Tory party but there were others within the party who equally contributed to flouting the rules and causing heartache. I also can’t believe people were still daft enough to follow the rules into 2021 despite the proof of how ridiculous they were, absolutely he made a complete mess of it and people should be furious but a bit of common sense wouldn’t have gone a miss at times either. Sheep

Are you sure he's got a special menu? I thought he was eating rice and beans with some of whatever vegetables they win.

If he was really concerned about the power struggle over cooking he could ask to cook for himself on the basis of being a vegan, rather than whingeing on the Bush telegraph.

Personally I think he signed up for the show so that he could go on a crash diet and loose some weight 😄

I perceive him as being the fall guy, thrown under the bus by his own party, many of whom were also flouting the rules, so I’m not sure they should be so surprised he’s taken an opportunity like this and I can understand his ‘ah screw them’ attitude to his colleagues. But not to his constituents.

Of course there were others within the party who flouted the rules but they're not in the jungle so it's not relevant. Whatever you think of members of the public following or not following the rules isn't relevant either as at no point did they make the rules or go into the jungle. Also, if anybody in a normal job buggered off rather that do what they're paid to do they'd probably get sacked. I know he's had the whip taken off him but, if he was my MP I'd not be at all happy.

I actually don’t want to punish him. He seems ok so far and it doesn’t bother me that he chose to go in there.

What I cannot understand is why Charlene has not confronted him. She had a close family lockdown funeral. She is too worried about public opinion.
I’d think more of her if she said to him that whilst the government were breaking the rules that THEY implemented, thousands of families were suffering by not be able to be with their loved ones as they were dying and then having the indignity of a cold, impersonal funeral. No pall bearers for lockdown funerals. Let’s just wheel the coffin in on a trolley. Funeral could only be 25 minutes long because they had too many to get through. No hugs, no comfort, no wake, no dignity but hey, the Tories were having a right old jolly up!

As I said, I don’t blame Matt personally for that but his party knowingly broke lockdown rules, as did he, and someone in that camp should ask him why they felt it was acceptable whilst the majority of the public followed the rules.

I followed them to keep my Dad safe. So that makes me daft, lacking common sense and a sheep does it? I’d rather say it makes me a loving, caring daughter!
