I hate this and used to hate it in Celebrity Big Brother too. It’s barely three bloody weeks! Some of them have been on longer holidays away from their families than that. Though I guess it’s just different and something I don’t understand as someone who isn’t a parent when they are and cry about missing their children.

Yes they did, with their families at first then on their own, so I think that’s why they’re missing their families much sooner this year. On Tom Fletcher’s Instagram he mentions having a last Zoom call with Gi on the 9th, so they must have had at least a week without seeing their families.

I don't know at what point the families came and went but I do know all the campmates were isolated together prior to entering the castle so they do all know exactly who is involved in the show and will know who is coming in - not sure if that's already been said as I had to skip some of the thread to keep up! I remember on the first or second ep Bev was telling Jordan she loves him and I thought it was a bit soon(!) but I guess they have already formed friendships before going in. It will all be very mellow this year.

I thought she said she loves him on the radio?
Shane Ritchies abit of a dick for not remembering everyone’s name after spending 2 weeks with them. Calling the ones ‘love’ he didn’t know of/couldn’t remember their names of.

Don't know if they stayed together. Vernon said he was in a cottage as did Shane. Know AJ was with his girlfriend isolating on their own.

They were definitely all together before they entered the castle. That came from someone working on the show. But I don't really know any more ins and outs of who was where or how long for! They may not have "stayed together" but apparently the helicopter part was filmed in advance, then they were together in some sense for a period before actually entering the castle.

Would have thought that defeated the purpose of isolating though, because they wouldn’t have wanted all the celebrities to get Covid together! If one of them had it they’d go down like dominoes! They must have done a period of isolation on their own, been tested and then been put together.
