According to this Reddit thread (thanks for the screenshot @Bonjour92 ) it seems that this guy was in Federal Prison for two years for drug trafficking, and he changed his name from Nathanael Garrard Lineham to "Gary Lineham." This guy is totally going with the creepy-in-plain-sight tactic.

He films a lot of his sessions and usually has Jamie (in Niomi's sessions) and/or an assistant in the vids.

It's like insurance. In my opinion, it's as if he's subliminally saying "look, I'm totally not being creepy and inappropriate towards my client because these witnesses would've stepped in if I was. It couldn't possibly be creepy because there are other people in the room."
