I swear I get excited when Mac is on just for the fashion! Love her style.

I feel like they're trying to make us all love Marley and I have to say I ain't feeling it. Liking Rose these days though, thought she'd be one of those dry shites when she first arrived.

Also, what happened with Felicity and Kirby's friendship? They used to be close at the beginning but Kirby wasn't even at the wedding. I know she was looking after Remi but still.

I wish Xander had left with that skank Stacey. I hope she won't be back.
The show is crying out for a new family and a reintroduction of the school. The cast seems pretty small right now with no big families/no teenagers etc.
I hate how Bree's voice goes all deep when she cries (random, but really annoys me) and she cries a lot. I mean, she has good reason, but still.
I think Jasmine should make a return in a few months with Cash's baby in tow (Surprise!) just when things are all good between him and Eden. I thought Jasmine's exit story line was so stupid (Oh, just decided to run off to the farm and stay there forever) and they should do something to fix it.
I still don't much like Rose, but she is not as annoying as before now that she's made a friend and is not obsessing over her brother all the time.

I was thinking they were saying Marley weird, I stand corrected! Disappointed with the way Rose chased him after he went cold on her.
Xander has to be the most dry character on the show in a long time, he seriously needs to loosen up. Like he looks so unhappy all the time. So happy Stacey is gone, she was seriously unlikeable. Can't believe the guy she cheated on Xander with, didn't take much for her to be tempted. Although what the hell was with Xander asking her to move in with him after a few weeks 🧐
Sam Frost hinted in a q&a on Instagram that she'd consider returning to home and away in the future. Wouldn't mind if she did. I always thought Cash and Rose would eventually hook up after Jasmine left, doesn't look like it now though with their new love interests. It would be interesting though if they eventually got together and Jasmine came back, finally sick of living with the inlaws.
Bree another one who's a pain but, like you said, good reason to be.
Dean and Ziggy's baby looks 2 to 3 months. Smiling and so alert when she was born not even 2 weeks ago.
 
I don't watch current H&A but just in case anyone's interested. I am late to it but last yr Ray Meacher had a this is your life which can be viewed on YouTube still as I have done. I know we all get older but was shocked at how different Tom, and the original Pippa were, Tom especially. The biggest shock though was Frank totally different, I would not have recognised him. Carly I could see the younger person in her and Ailsa I could too but not Tom or Frank ..I really enjoyed it actually..

Thanks for this. I'll check it out at some point. I've seen Debra Lawrance (Pippa) recently as she was in Five Bedrooms, but haven't seen the rest of them in years!

I have been down an internet rabbit hole looking for actors from the early days since watching that.. I knew Morag had passed but was horrified really that there is a photo of her on her deathbed..I don't really think that's very respectful but maybe that's just me. I know the actress who played Lynne couldn't be located for yrs but it seems she now has been. She is still under her same surname working doing counselling etc in the Sydney area, so hadn't gone far away!
 
@Wood79 I remember that photo from when she died and felt the same as you. Not sure if her son (I think it was her son) had her permission to post or if she wanted the image posted (I'm not sure why she would) but just felt unnecessary. She was a great character in H&A.

I watched a bit of Ray Meagher's This is Your Life and Frank has certainly changed A LOT! I wouldn't have recognised him. Carly hasn't changed much at all.
 
What is with the sudden addition of an shh sound to the word 'so'? Bree and Kirby, I'm looking at you!

Also Dean and Ziggy's baby is a few months old. Younger babies are cast normally, what has happened here 😆. It's very distracting.

Justin's daughter... Ahh the stalker storyline grows legs. She's clearly aging in cat years.

I'm a few weeks ahead (NZ) but there has been no mention whatsoever of a court case, inquest or anything else to do with Jared's death! It'll likely be swept under the carpet.

The actress who played Justin's daughter previously was just delightful - I wish they'd just brought her back in and let the relationship grow organically rather than have the character turn up in these circumstances (and much older).

Roo has the best of intentions but is a real sticky beak ... I really wish they'd give her character a meaty storyline to work with.

I've gone off Bree ... she's as drippy as Xander - whose acting hasn't improved one iota!

I'm a few weeks behind in Ireland, currently it's Tane trying to sort Flick's problems and Nikau discovering the alcohol.

Agree, Rooney needs a good storyline. She just seems to sit in the diner all day, drinking coffee.

Leah getting the go ahead to fly to Greece a few weeks of having a piece of metal lodged in her stomach...really??

It would be interesting to see her relationship with Martha. They were never on screen together. I suppose we'll never see Martha Sr again. It was a bit pointless bringing her back.

John and Irene are funny together, I enjoy their scenes.

I actually like Nikau now. It's only a few pages ago where I said I hated him 😆 Although they're not doing much with his character ATM.

He’s much better without Bella.
 
Martha Snr was a pain in the butt - so negative and expected everyone to drop everything and be at her beck and call. It's a mystery why they even brought her in, in the first place ... they could've just explained Alf's frequent stints away as him being on his boat (which we never see anymore).

Alf is so grumpy all the time ... I don't know why they keep him around. I really like John and his funny little ways though.

Yeah Alf is a grump. He needs to lighten up. Love John, he's hilarious and has actually shown himself to be caring towards characters a lot lately.

I must have missed an episode but what happened with Bob in the end? Last I saw of him he was sleeping in the car and Kirby offered him one night in the house I think? He was gone after that.

They could've done more with Ziggy's issues with the baby. All sorted within a few days, typical Home and Away style. A chat with life guru Irene and all is well.

Ohhh ... I must've missed that.

I wonder why the actress who played Ziggy's sister never returned ... she apparently left the show to do her exams in real life and was meant to return, but never did (she was contracted for three years but only stayed for two). Maybe there was something else happening behind the scenes, as her guardians would surely have realised that in signing her up for three years, that would mean a commitment for that time, regardless of exams.
