Put on Hollyoakes last night for the first time in ages and came here to ask if they had changed actors.
Also does the actor that plays Darren have a dodgy shoulder? Feel like he's always in a cast.
And absolutely fuming they've fired Grace. I bloody loved her character!

that’s not as bad as I thought, I think it was doing about 1 mil quite a few years ago…

Times must have changed. I remember when Channel 4 dumped Brookside in a graveyard slot when it was getting 1.5 Million.
I think soaps are still one of the things most people who do watch still watch on live TV rather than just binging series all at once

She was one of the few who I thought could act and wasn't hired purely for her appearance. Couldn't believe she gets sacked and the likes of Ella, jack, Goldie and the 12yr old policeman get to stay.

My friend worked as an intern/work experience on holly oaks around that time, it was a mutual decision for her to leave as she had personal stuff going on as well as her child
