It feels weird. I don’t know if it’s because I’m older, or if it’s the show or writing that’s changed, but for example, Clare and Sienna did similar despicable stuff, but they were (to me anyway) enjoyable and exciting to watch, even if my jaw was dropped in horror (like when Clare told Tom it was his fault his parents died). But I don’t get this with Rayne as of yet. Just nasty.

It’s not on YouTube anymore but I always remember the promo they aired for the final episode of Friends followed by the launch of “Evil” Big Brother 5

Yeh in the past I think things were more dramatic so easier to watch as they seemed less close to home. No one watches hollyoaks for a highly believable storyline do they 🤣

I agree, the writing has changed, the character has nothing about her bar being a vacuous punch-face. Sienna is funny and pretty clever, as well as attractive, so there’s a bit more to her.

For me sienna has done a massive u turn.

I agree about the comment made about how it used to be further from home stories. whereas now, a lot of people are sucked into watching the influencer life unfold on line so it feels more possibly real. Ish… 😆
 
Why is Felix shaking like Charlie in this episode? What is going on? Is it going to be a future storyline I wonder.

Couldn’t see properly but I’m sure Brooke has grown a faint moustache. Wonder when the transition storyline will happen

As well as Rayne I really cannot stand that guy who keeps encouraging Charlie to get into trouble with him, and I’m fast going off Charlie too. It’s sad when formerly good characters get bogged down with repetitive storylines that show them in bad lights (Charlie, Mercedes especially).

Tylans parents have been on TV alot recently talking about all their kids and how life is as a parent of trans & neurodivergant kids (sorry can't remember the specifics). They came across really well. I'd only ever seen them years ago on the singing shows so didn't know much about them.

How did sienna and ethan think they could pull off being split up, and living together still 😆😆 there’s only one way in/out!!!! And no one would ever see him come or go… 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
 
Cindy was horrible to Tom in todays channel 4 episode, but by the end it was explained. So odd seeing Luke

Who is this news reporter new character? She reminds me of Rayne 2. Do we need or want a Rayne 2!?

JPs speech really resonated with me

*just occurred that Ethan and Sienna together are the two most reformed and likeable characters, he was a hostage-taking gangster and she was a psychopath intent on murdering Nancy.
