I reckon Silas has to die this time but if we’re gonna get a death in the McQueen family as well, Olivia’s a strong candidate for that. Her character has been so petty and Mean Gilrl bitchy that the sudden turnaround from looking down her nose at the McQueens to defending them as good people’s has me thinking she’s on her way out. If that is what’s gonna happen, my prediction she’ll die protecting one of the McQueens, Bobby’s then the one who actually kills Silas but Mercedes takes the blame. That would provide maximum drama without actually losing any of the favoured characters (because Verity or James successfully agues Mercedes’s case as self-defence and she doesn’t get a prison sentence). Of course, Silas might be the only death and I still think it’ll be at Bobby’s hands, with Mercedes taking the blame.
 
Hollyoaks is getting beyond ridiculous now. I hope this doesn’t sound ageist as I don’t mean to be but it’s got to the point where it’s a suspension of belief now. Silas is 74 years old!! He’s clearly not a bodybuilder or a muscled man, and yes he’s sneaky and drugs people but I’m finding it increasingly hard to believe that in a village full of young, fit and healthy gym-going people that nobody can stop him. And I mentioned it before but when The Undertaker karate chopped Warren and he fell on the floor and whacked his head off a chair. WHAT!?!? This is someone who got into a vicious fight with psycho Brendan Brady* for gods sake! How are we supposed to believe that he was bested by being karate chopped by a 60 year old woman?

Exactly, makes no sense that Nicola.was "overpowered" ie not at all by silas, he just grabbed her phone. I had said this before, either they need to go down the totally insane route or try and be semi realistic. Atm they are doing neither.
 
just seen the e4 episode is 1 hur tonight, expecting something dramatic!

anyone watching on e4 now? this is possibly the most absurd episode of any soap I have ever seen :ROFLMAO:

I remember when hollyoaks first came out. Me & all my pals loved it but none of our mums watched it because they considered it to be a young person's soap. I think its safe to say I am old now because wtf was that all about.

I don't think age makes any difference to this madness!!! Before i think it was young people because it was based on uni students etc,,, but now... I mean god knows!
