Luke mentioned him in his Xmas day stuff but other than that 🤷‍♀️

I’m guessing he’ll be written out with Mandy as Luke isn’t fit enough to look after him and Darren’s forgot all about him.

Just starting to ask the same. Nancy just mentioned him in the episode I’m watching and I realised I haven’t seen/heard of him for weeks!
 
I will always watch Hollyoaks but i do feel it really has gone really downhill lately with the unrealistic and repetitive storylines.
The whole storyline with Darren being held captive and now getting his whole family involved is so ridiculous and drawn out, and I know looks doesn’t matter without but I find it so hard to take Ethan seriously as a bad man when he has such a baby face!
Really can’t warm to the new family either, just seem they will all have pointless storylines and then probably disappear after not having their contracts renewed.

I think the whole Darren storyline is ridiculous it's one of the worse storylines I've seen. It would have been more believable if it was something to do with his gambling addiction.
 
The wannabe gangsters need to cross paths with grace. She will sort them out. Storylines are getting so poor. Watched hollyoaks since the start and the young to wean myself off it cause it’s getting a bit tired.
and where did the McQueens get the money so quick to turn a restaurant into a home. I know it’s only a soap on tv but come on !
 
Is it worth even trying to get back into hollyoaks?

I watched it absolutely years ago and loved it.

The Brendan Brady, Roscoe family, Trevor and Grace etc... days and it was the best TV but then it literally went so awful and cringe I stopped.

Hows it looking these days?
 
I really love marnie and Donna Marie relationship good comedy input like when marnie was friends with Myra McQueen.
also I liked grace and nana mcqueens relationship

i much prefer the lighter hearted scenes rather to theunbelievable crime ones.

Confirmed deaths: Sylver, Celeste (as well as Maya who died in yesterday's ep)
Possibly will die: Juliet (flatlined in hospital), Toby (trapped with Celeste), Marnie (seems ok but kept ignoring Jack & Misbah telling her to get checked out for a blow to her head - so she could be a "surprise" death)
