So many lawsuits, so little time. PR machines at WME & People, etc full of puff pieces about Madame Dubious.

We were worried about HMTK and played our share of Where's Willy.

The SS is going into meltdown everywhere and the walls are closing in on SarahData.

What else? POW sadly missed a Thanksgiving service for King Constantine II of Greece. We thought he had the 💩 🍦 💩 🍦 and so did the chat on the DM YouTube channel w Rebecca English. Weird.

Unbelievable sad news about Lady Gabriella Windsor's late husband, Thomas Kingston. A hero by all accounts and far too young.

She looked rail thin at the Thanksgiving service but her mum & all... she might be stressed. It will be good to be busy!!!

Bea now is a year younger (give or take a few mths) then MM was when she married the ginger whinger - Bea looks fabulous, really polished, and definitely royal.

MM has just never managed to look polished or royal, even on her wedding day when surely every bride wants to look their best, she still looked like a demo model from the local hairdressing/makeup college for the 1st year students. Everything was almost right, but not quite.
 
Sorry missed the closing of the last thread before responding - but yes I think KC had plans to give the title to Harold.

KC is the same petulant child as Harold is, he would never want his siblings to outshine him in any way (DoE v Princess Trust) hence why it is now the Kings trust, to which he has kept, so I think KC was never going to honour his mother and fathers wish for Edward to have the title, and he was going to give it to Harold but his hand was finally forced. I also believe KC would have had no qualms in using this to tempt his darling boy back into the fold, its the next best thing to the PoW title

See I thought he would have eventually given the Prince’s Trust to Harry if he had stayed. I wondered if William had decided to do Earthshot as his own thing and wasn’t interested in doing the Prince’s Trust as well. It is Charles’ greatest legacy so I’m not surprised he kept it, and eventually it will remain the Kings Trust once he is dead. It runs itself, it just needs a patron.

I can see his issue with Duke of Edinburgh going down a different family, and that has been solved by making it just for his lifetime. Who knows what James will want to do with his life.

I should imagine people would be sending their certificates back if Harold's signature was on them 😂 not to mention TW might have insisted on adding hers too (adding Hollywood glamour 🤣).
Thankfully my kids did it a few years back.

It would morph into the Duchess of Ed awards with award ceremonies to rival the Oscars, with no guessing as to who would have the staring role and of course the wardrobe to match.

Thanks 😘 but as it came out of my response to Richard Kay's 'doom and gloom' article yesterday, we'll probably have far better and more topical suggestions by the end of this thread. And yours is brilliant.

Although if Hazbeen carries on with his 'Me Tarzan, You Pleb' stuff, I might have a crack at incorporating 'Haz Jong Un' into something suitable.

The rumour at the time was that they were keeping the title for Charlotte. I don't think KC would even think of it for Harold, tbh. Regarding the Prince's Trust, it is his legacy and I think that both William and Hazno have different approaches to charity - Hazno could inherit his father's trust and use the dodgy donations it gets to get unfitting clothes for his wife.

I think KC is softer and lacks a backbone dealing with Hazno, but in no way he would put Hazno and the ILBW in the limelight: if nothing they have showed repeatedly how they don't care about any royals causes and will book events/pap walks to outshine them whenever they can. And if they struggle to outshine the Wales it has been proven that it is quite easy for them to outshine both the King and the Queen.
