As a huge fan of The Greatest Showman I didn't think I would ever love another musical at the same level - but I think I might love Hamilton more. It's totally different so comparing apples and pears really but there are more songs and every single one is a masterpiece. The end had me sobbing.
 
I took my daughter to see it in London last summer and we loved it. I’ve been listening to the soundtrack ever since so just wanted to sing through the whole thing on Disney+!

When we went to see it people would ask what it was about. You could see them thinking well that sounds so bloody boring 🤣🤣

I love the Greatest Showman I think it's my favourite film ever (musical type) and I would of preferred to see Hamilton on the stage but is was really well done and I did enjoy it - I found it harder to follow than Greatest Showman but that was more because I didn't know fully what it was about.. My son loves it and he explained as he's seen it twice !! The end had me crying and my son rolling his eyes 🙈 🙈 🥰 🥰
 
I watched Hamilton on Disney+ back in lockdown and omg 🤯🥰

We were really dead at work a couple of weeks back so made my colleague watch it with me and we've ended up booking to go see it at the west end. Can't wait!!
 
Found Hamilton in the first lockdown, saw all this hype on Twitter and jumped on it, omg obsessed! I brought tickets as soon as I could last year and managed to see it twice this year, we got a box the first time ( don’t bother , the view is blocked a little ) and then last month , front row …argh unreal ! The next move is New York and Broadway ! I’d like to hope if Lin Manuel Miranda has Google alerts on that he will read this and accept my Thanks for making this epic bit of art ! ( also daveed diggs , I don’t mean to objectify you , but JESUS, you could pop it anywhere !)
 
We loved Hamilton after watching it during lockdown. Must have seen it 10 times now. Love all the actors that unfortunately I don't know if seeing it live with different actors would not be as good? Does that make sense? I'd love to see it in New York next year.

It annoyed me when they said the wrong word, or they didn’t hit the high notes quite as beautifully , the Angelica didn’t blow me away And Lafayette/Jefferson didn’t quite have the chops to rap as fast as I’d like- this is so so petty for me to say , I can’t even hold a note 😂 I really enjoyed the London company we saw, but it wasn’t a patch on the OG’s .
 
I finally got to see this yesterday. Absolutely incredible. It doesn't come close to the original Broadways but I never expected it too.
The only let down for me was Eliza and quite a few people said the same. She was very ropey and quite nasal in places. She was crying at the end when we all gave a standing ovation, so not sure if maybe she was just having an off day.
I would still 100% go and see it again though. 😍

I agree about Eliza - when we saw her she kept singing her lines slightly too slow so they were out of time with the music and I found it really irritating!
