I thought Carole was going to annoy the hell out of me (it's the hair) but I don't actually mind her.

I think working with unfamiliar equipment in a very strange enviroment, with a cameramen and soundman, director and Paul Hollywood leaning over your shoulder might put you off your game a wee bit. I think the nerves just get to some people very badly, and all their usual skill just vanishes from their body the instant they get into the tent. I don't blame them, it must be very odd.
