I feel like Rebs was lucky not to go this week - for the second week running.
If Maisam hadn’t done such a simple mask, she’d still be in it.
I love GBBO but the ad breaks are driving me crazy! So many of them, and they’re so long!

Thoughts on this week.

Rebs very lucky to stay, she's not going to last the pace. Still v pretty though especially when she's flustered and her shirt slides down her bare shoulder
Maisam just wasn't at the races unfortunately, she had to go
Carole actually did a great job was just let down by her choice of biscuit.
I can happily confirm that I now have a healthy dislike for Glasgow Uni Kilt Boy. He's bleeping annoying. Lisping annoys me so much.
The other Scottish guy, while fairly likeable, isn't going to last either I don't think.
Abdul doesn't strike me as a contender either
Janusz is a stone cold front runner. Those watermelon macarons were works of art.
Syabira has emerged as my complete fave she is so inventive. Savoury satay macarons! And her mask: that deserves to be on exhibition it's that good.
Dawn very good and accomplished definitely one to watch.

Maxy. Seriously talented. And good God she's gorgeous. Looked sensational in those white jeans

I’m glad Carol got a second chance, her mask did look really good and she was trying to use her spare time to help others
On the whole their showstoppers were so good! And it’s only Week 2!! Excited for the rest of the series
