I think he gave one to Josh this series. Normally they look at the signatures at the counter of the baker and the show stoppers at the front (IIRC). Paul reviewed something that Josh made (just checked and it was his biscuit showstopper) and then said something like “hang on” and followed him back to his bench for a handshake.

If it’s the one I remember he called him up to the front and Rahul was shitting himself as he wonder what the duck was going on. That’s assuming it was him as I can’t remember who it was just the fact they where confused.
 
I think Crystelle got a handshake for a showstopper too. I think it was a pie in the quarter final. The week Amanda went out.
 
I feel like Matty must win because he’s had the best edit. He’s really improved and we’ve seen his journey more than anyone else. Tasha I don’t dislike like some on here do, but I can’t really remember any standout bakes of hers, other than that she’s a good bread baker. Josh, if he wins he’s been done so dirty with the edit - I don’t think I noticed him until about week 5.

I reckon it can't possibly be Josh who wins as you're right he was so anonymous in the edit. Surely they'd have put more of his earlier stuff in if he was the winner

Unless they have done it on purpose. Not featured much so it’s a shock and people talk on socials about it giving them some free advertising.
