Aww I like Tasha, I think she's pretty good but not the best so wont win. Matt or Josh to win for me although Dan could still pull it out the bag as he's had some really strong weeks. Im not sure he's smug, also think its just the way he smiles that makes it seem like that. They're a nice bunch this year but none are amazing bakers ...
 
I like Tasha, I think some of the comments I have read about her being a shoe in just because she has a disability is unfair - there have been plenty of non disabled bakers throughout the different series that have gone through even though they were crap.
I’m really surprised Dan didn’t go this week, he was having a bit of a disaster. I thought Matty and Josh did really well and I liked Cristy’s but her bakes were quite messy.
Looking forward to the Junior Bake Off - I love Rav! Even though she called her son Donnie Taiano which reminds me of the guy from the Fast and Furious films.

Oh yes, Junior Bake Off is so fab😃 It’s so lovely to settle and watch it after Christmas and New Year. The combination of wholesomeness and chaos with the cute kiddies is unbeatable.

She’s a good baker, but the editing and cuts have definitely shown the judges being more lenient on her, compared with similar/comparable mistakes made by the other bakers.
 
I've been watching this series recently after a few years break. Matt Lucas gives me the creeps so I couldn't watch with him in the show.

Anyway I've been looking at Prue for weeks wondering who she reminded me of and it finally came to me earlier. Roz from Monsters Inc!!!

Just watched last night’s episode. Not a fan of Cristy but jeez, Dan could curl one out on a wooden board, serve it with a dipping sauce and Prue and Paul would still put him through! Unenjoyable sausage roll, last in the technical, 3/4 elements of his show stopper slated and he still gets through.

I don’t mind Tasha but the judges do seem unfairly lenient with their comments towards her. Firstly she seems to be the only one who is told they’re good enough for the final, secondly her show stopper is a mess and they just say it’s underbaked or disappointing but she’s excellent at bread.

I was surprised that Matty won star baker, I thought Josh’s show stopper performance was enough to nudge him ahead. Paul must really love a classic sausage roll!

Finally caught up - really enjoyed this party week episode! I'm not Tasha's biggest fan but I loved her ideas this week - cider sausage rolls and those adorable milk bun pigs? Sign me up to be a crew member because I'd love to try some of them.

So pleased for Matty (is he getting more attractive each week or is it just me 👀) and can't bloody BELIEVE Smug Dan got through over Christy! 😡 Josh's showstopper was the best we've seen for ages, does Paul not give handshakes out for showstoppers?
 
I’m thinking Josh didn’t get a handshake as he did what was expected rather than going above and beyond?
They kept saying for Dan they wish he would just do 4 great bakes instead of 6 not so good bakes. Josh did 3 amazing things(?) but stuck with 3 so I feel they would’ve wanted more for a hand shake?
