She seems a lovely girl, but she does this weird voice thing. I’m autistic and hear it more and more from people, mainly women. Chanelle on BB does it too. Anyone else hear it?

Yes I’ve noticed it and it really annoys me. It’s like a little ‘hiccup’ (I can’t think how else to describe it!) at the end of a sentence.
This is my showstopper for this week-uh. (Except the uh is high pitched, like it’s supposed to be cutesy but has become an affectation.)

Described it to a tee! It’s like “yea no” I hear everywhere from friends on tv to myself!

Yes. She seems infantilised but she's 50 and an intelligence analyst. Maybe that's what I don't get the love around, not so much her per se but a general babying.

Loads of people on Twitter were saying the ‘protect her at all costs’ thing. It’s probably been said on this thread. But yeah it’s bizarre whenever it’s said about an adult - to me anyway!
 
I adore Saku, her flavour combos always sound nice.
I also like Cristy and she’s an excellent baker.
I suspect Tasha will win and suspect most of her bakes are amazing, mainly because the other bakers say so. They seem to see her as the competition. I also love how she signs as she speaks.

Yes! I’m glad someone else has mentioned it. It really bugs me when she speaks, and I can’t describe why it annoys me so much 😂
