Yea she said she had a migraine the night before and was still struggling. Tbf to her, it takes me a day or so to get over one so I actually think she was being genuine as she looked so pale in the first challenge (before she'd been judged)

Yes, as a migraine sufferer I can empathise. Many people think it’s just a headache and why can’t you just pop a paracetamol and crack on, but during an attack I can’t even open my eyes or speak coherently. It takes me 2-3 days to stop feeling tender after too.

Yeah i agree, but I also think it's so many peoples go to excuse to pull a sicky that people are often suspicious these days

Yes when I used to get terrible migraines it would take a couple of days to recalibrate. From the attack itself and also from the medication. Very wobbly and for some reason very low mentally.
Being stressed in a very bright hot tent with lots of noise and people all around, expected to be chirpy for the camera would be so difficult if not impossible tbh. Plus nausea toward food.
