Back on the caravan conspiracy šŸ˜‚ when they were talking about lockdown Jenny said to Lee ā€œRay says stay till Septemberā€ and Lee was like ā€œbleeping what??!!ā€ šŸ˜‚ Iā€™m assuming Ray is Jennyā€™s husband? So there you go it must be leeā€™s.
Itā€™s definitely Leeā€™s caravan.

Just seems odd to me Jenny is happy to be away from her husband just to film Gogglebox during lockdown? There are a lot of the usual families not taking part at this time so seems odd to me Jenny was happy to be away from her own family? I've had a lot of caravan holidays but I really couldn't stand to live in one full time, they're so bloody pokey!
They get paid to be on the show by episode so I assume some people just arenā€™t in a position to give up their income.

I don't think they earn that much? They get a monthly allowance that is divided between them.

Plus it's not enough hours for it to be their full time job.

During periods of filming, the families are expected to commit to 12 hours of filming a week across two six-hour shifts.

This means most of them film in between working full time or part time.

exactly. These people are regular everyday people that probably donā€™t earn masses of money they all seem very normal so their wage from gogglebox is probably a big chunk of income. And obviously she discusses it with her husband so heā€™s clearly fine with it. People are losing jobs left right and centre so I donā€™t blame any of them for continuing on the show! Everyone needs money to live

like what kind of things they've seen online?
The past few episode, The water funnel, the lube as hand sanitiser thereā€™s a few things that they take from online videos but I canā€™t remember then all but people (like my parents) think theyā€™re so funny coming up with those jokes!

Ohh I never knew that just shows how fake they are then.

Aw I still love Jenny and Lee. I have noticed they set up their jokes a bit, last nights hand sanitiser was an obvious one but I just canā€™t help but adore their friendship and how close they are. Jenny reminds me of someone I used to work with so that may be why I like them so much. They just seem like a right laugh.

just because it isnā€™t their full time job doesnā€™t mean it doesnā€™t make up a big portion of their income. They split 1.5k for the 12 hours of filming. They could be out of any other work they have because of the virus. Ā£750 is a big difference for a lot of people.

I noticed the brummie mum and her daughter were doing that 'copy me' trick (where you get the other person to drink their water) that I've seen all over instagram!

I don't think for Jenny and Lee it's to do with money. Apparently they couldn't bear to be apart during lockdown so have moved in together (taken from a recent interview).

They could be furloughed or claiming other things on offer from the government at this time? Jenny is 64 so will get her Pension.
