That’s mad. So there’s the virgin media ad, trying to say you want your broadband to be working to stream it or something, with some horrible Stacey impression, the Asda curry deal, how many more vague cash ins can we find? Do post them here people.
The more arbitrary the better!

Here’s more from the virgin media ad... they have aged for sure. Not that that’s not to be expected, tho I don’t think corden looks too different other than losing quite a lot of weight. But his chubbiness is probably part of what preserved his youthful look let’s be honest.

I wouldn't recognize Gavin!

Well what did we all think?

I liked it! That ending though!! At least with the ending of the series you were left to make your own mind up whether or not Smithy & Nessa were an item and they were clearly happy with the situation either way..but this time we have Nessa left pouring her heart out and no closure🤯

Over 11 million viewers...surely they will make more? Please!!!

I loved it, people always seem to draw criticism with these things and you can guarantee whatever way it went people who say it was bad/not as good as the original.

The only thing which confused me was Gavin said he had been married 10 years but Neil The Baby was almost 12 and he was born after the wedding ?

We absolutely loved it. I'm so howpful for another season.
There were so many nice little touches, the little nod to Doris, smithy driving the same car ( defo needed to see the saxo!!) It felt very nostalgic. My only gripe? Where was Rudi!!!
I agree about the nice touches including
- Neil the baby wrapping his gift in tin foil
- Bryn wearing his "my niece went to Greece and all i got was this lowsy tshirt" for PJ's
i bet there was so many more which i will re-notice if i rewatch

James Corden is so rich, why is he still obese? Selfish for his family to put his health at risk as he could afford healthy great tasting food and a trainer to easily be a healthy weight.

I thought Stacy had aged much more than Gavin

what an odd comment! Skinny doesn’t necessarily equal healthy and you can tell he’s much healthier than he was then. Have to agree that they’ve all aged a lot!

Exactly. He lives in LA. He probably DOES have a PT and has other issues that prevent him from getting to a weight which is acceptable to everyone's eyes. 😬

I enjoyed the parts of the show that were 'normal' and typical G&S like talking about service stations and the state of the towels. Other than that I found it too forced and trying too hard to cram in gaps from the past ten years. The talk about the fishing trip was very clever, though. The main four characters seemed to have lost their acting skills and living in the US has ruined Smithy's accent that even when he was supposed to be full on Essex it was not so convincing.

If it were a normal weekday programme I wouldn't have batted an eyelid, but for a chrimbo special it let me down. Sorry. 🙃

Couldn’t agree more!

But it's undeniable that being obese is very unhealthy and hugely increases your risks of life limiting illness.

I didn't say skinny is healthy, I said obese is not healthy. That's a medical fact
