I like wim Hof and what he stands for regarding mental health but this show is just splashing the cash unnecessarily probably willpughby and hubs fancied a break paid for in the mountains.

note that tamzin is Hollys husbands cousin too. Would’ve loved to watch it if it was run of the mill people with mental health challenges using his techniques to see if they help them. This isn’t that. Disappointed
 
I don't know if its going to be interesting enough to carry on after last night. I can't stand Holly Willoughby and would love her to do the tasks as well and see how she got on. Lee Mack was on Ant and Dec's takeaway last Saturday, he also comperes a brand new game show and now this, yes he really is upping his exposure big time. The programme was okay last night but I am not sure if I will bother watching it next week.
 
I wanted this show to be great, but in reality it was boring as hell and I skipped most of it and took it off record.

8 people take turns to jump in some icy water, then say how great it was, then 8 people climb down a rope, then say how great it was.

After you’ve seen 2 people do the activity, that’s enough, you don’t want to sit and watch it x8 over 😅
 
I like Wim Hof and his methods. I’ve been doing the cold showers (can’t quite manage the full 2 mins as yet just 10-20 seconds).

The majority of the documentaries and videos I’ve seen have been on YouTube, and you get to know and learn more about him and his methods. This seems very celebrity centred and I don’t know why 2 presenters are needed? I did enjoy the after show as it had them chatting more 1 on 1 with Wim.

He doesn’t actually like the cold 🥶🤣

I don't know if it's just me being sensitive but that breathing exercise got me in tears and i wasn't copying them - i think it was just seeing their reactions was just incredible.
 
This show is so boring. I only know Dianne and she's boring too. After you see the first person doing a thing the rest you can fast forward. The last episode when the challenge was....TAKING A SHOWER?!?!?!?!!?.....C'Mon !!!!
