I recorded this and watched yesterday.
Really good, informative sad documentary.

Howe the media bullied him over weight gain.
How he feels like it's a burden he always has carry as he has a lovely family and good career.
It seemed towards the end he was spiralling and looked into getting treatment.
I hope he recovers as he seemed like a lovely man.
Also great awareness of men and eating disorders.
How a bad sports dietician put him off getting help.
Even more tragic how a irish lad died becausd gp dident take him seriously.
Love fact it dident glamourise or stereotype the illness.

I watched this he seems such a kind genuine guy
So much stuff about eating disorders ties to their masculinity and putting on a front he seems so lost vi just wanted to give him a hug ❤️

I thought it was a brilliant documentary, really well made and fair play to him for being so open and brave.

the only thing that worried me was I don’t think he was quite where he thought he was in his recovery. I think he went into the programme thinking it was part of his past but I’m not so sure. It seemed to dawn on him as the documentary moved along. I really hope he’s getting the right sort of help now.

I’ve seen some pics of him lately - taken since the doc was filmed and he defo looks like he has spiralled a bit. I wouldn’t have recognised him to be honest. I really hope he gets the help he deserves.
