Hmmmm seems like one of those ones where if it was your team, you’d want it given but if it’s against your team, it’s never a pen. I remember Dier’s penalty given away to Newcastle for “handball” all too well

Jacks been playing recently. Pep wouldnt play him if he’d been have a party. If you’re looking for a city player Foden could be one. Not a superstar but could explain dyches comments about DCL
