Yep this is my thinking. It’s a bit rich given how much time she put into slating Ron/Lana but it was obvious he couldn’t see much past her looks and she could barely tolerate him once she knew they weren’t winning.

Ekin unfollowed a girl and then unfollowed his friends. She then made those silly tweets.
Something happened.
Whether he cheated or not, something happened.
But unfortunately Ekin is a bit of a mug and will not leave him.
She's said that his friends have become her friends so why unfollow them? She said that she doesn't have close friends anymore and basically implied that Davide is her support system..

Ekin and davide love a defensive tweet. Davide is deffo the type to post a quote about not being able to trust people with a lion as the background and Ekin is the type to tag herself at a&e and reply saying ‘don’t wanna talk about it x’ when someone asks her if she’s ok hun
