Okay, thanks for clarifying. I didn’t really watch that season and was told by a friend who watched from start to finish and who kept up with the islanders that indiyah’s fans weren’t happy that she didn’t get a deal with plt and pressured the company to give her on and that plt received a lot of backlash.

There’s an obvious dislike between Tanyel and Shaq/Tanya/Liv. I think Sami has taken Tanya’s side. I don’t think she really cares that much about Liv/Shaq.

Lana keeping in with Tanyel and not being seen much with Tanya/Sami fits the beef as well.

I think Sami would have dropped Tanyel as soon as she realised she was popular in there as well. She was close with Lana at the start as well.

Gemma's deal was announced first so fans were upset. I remember PLT constantly tweeting about Indiyah, more than any of the other girls that season. They also made a tweet/poll where they asked who they should sign and Indiyah had won by a landslide.

So when Gemma's deal was announced, people were upset because they felt like PLT were just using Indiyah and her fans for engagement with no thought of signing her. I also think it didn't help that it was Gemma who doesn't have a fashionable bone in her body and who clearly wouldn't be wearing PLT if she wasn't getting paid for it.

But yeah 😂. The anger ended up being for nothing because she had already had something in the works.
 
Isn’t it weird when proper boring islanders bring out like their own make up range and stuff … like Mary Bedford has got her own make up range like who is gonna be in Superdrug (or wherever it’s sold don’t know that much info) and go ‘ah the one who dressed as Ariel for the sexy dance challenge, i’ll buy that makeup’ 🤣

She’s removed her stomach but doesn’t use filters or photoshop eh!!
