I got in to darts years ago when the bdo was on at lakeside loved wolfie- Martin Adams was my fave
These days I like Peter wright even though he seems to be going through a rough patch Simon Whitwick dave Chisnall Nathan aspinall mgv Damon heta obviously luke litter is amazing to watch when he's on form

Ohh Wolfie! Yeah I really want Peter Wright to get some points in the premier league he almost got there the last 2 weeks. MGV and Gerwyn Price are my favourites, Price is such a poser and his celebration cracks me up 😂 Littler is fantastic isn’t he it makes me sick 😂 I really like Aspinall too he seems like a nice lad
 
Me 🙋‍♀️ Thursday Premier League matches are a weekly highlight in this house 🙂 so jealous about the Blackpool tickets - we tried but they had sold out within 3 minutes 😕

Love him or hate him, there is no denying that Luke Littler has given darts a complete new lease of life 🤷‍♀️ when was the last time (gonna guess never) that a darts player appeared on a primetime chat show? ?

I do like like to watch the players with a bit of personality I mean luke Humphries is at the top of his game but he has the personality of a sticking plaster 🤣

It was great to see luke on the Jonathan Ross show he was understandbly nervous but I think he came across well its so great he's bringing people to the game who never would have watched before

Another Price fan 🥰 yes I know, the media obsession is so tiring. Like everything is about ‘Littler loses final’ and not ‘Humphries wins final’ it’s as if no other player exists!

Aww no sorry to hear about Blackpool - we’d decided we wanted to see the first round with a chance to see more players so we are going on the Sunday afternoon session. What did you try for?

Big fan here :) I go to Blackpool for the Matchplay each year & I am one of the lucky ones to have seen Smiths 9 darter at the world finals last year. Price is my fave though - love him 🥰 Apart from when he wore those bloody ear defenders! Cullen is rather dishy too mind.

Tip for future major tickets - if you register for PDC TV in January (it's around £40 so not exactly cheap but worth it) it gives you a pre sale link to the TV majors which is why i am always lucky enough to get for the Matchplay. They email a link to Grand Prix / Grand Slam / Dutch Masters etc 3 days before general sale. For Blackpool this year i have the quarters, semi & final. From experience, i find the afternoon sessions in the daytime at the start of the tournament are too long and the beer goggles hit way too early 🤣🤣

wow you’ve got some great sessions there - it’s our first time going so we all wanted to see as many as we could. It will be a good day as it’s the Euro final in the evening so could be a messy one!
 
haha that is a perfect way to describe him, he's calmed down a wee bit now, hopefully get some big BOOYAs tomorrow 🤣 🤣

Blackpool is also ace vibes when the Matchplay is on, proper buzz about the place & the pubs do good deals etc. Happy to recommend plenty places to go if you're not familiar :) That will be amazing, the place will be buzzing with the football on!
 
Thank you so much! We are trying to think of some fancy dress ideas - any suggestions?! Good to hear the pubs do good deals, we don’t have any idea where to go tbh so any recommendations would be much appreciated!

I LOVE his celebrations they’re so funny, he appears to be struggling a bit like MVG at the moment, so hoping he finds some form again tomorrow 🤞
 
It was super good on Thursday, i think it's soo hard to predict these days. Price was brilliant against MVG i'd have had him down to beat Smith 😵.

I dont know what it is, but i just can't take to Humphries at all. I am sure he's a nice bloke but shows 0 personality - not that he has to lol but still, give us some oomph!
 
I thought Price was going to bottle it I’m so glad he didn’t!
I get it, Humphries is so good at what he does, there was a couple of really good moments but yeah he’s very ‘vanilla’
 
Anyone watching the euro tournament at the moment? I was sad Gerwyn lost last week. The game against Ross Smith was amazing I was shocked he managed such a come back as he’s been struggling to hit a double lately!
