I'm rooting for Finland. But thing is the cultural gulf is vast the days, you have countries around since the very early days, and countries more recent. It's never really a level playing field these days as there remains a division between the jaded longtime countries and the newer ones. Look at Germany, they clearly cannot be arsed based on recent entries. UK (until Sam Ryder) too. France and Italy occasionally try.
It's exciting for some countries but not so much for others. But then the political map of Europe has changed a few times even since the contest began
