They always seem to leave it too late. I hope we have a decent act this year, we got lucky with Sam Ryder last year but the BBC don't generally pick well.
 
I’m a bit worried about the entry because I can’t imagine we’d want to host again, so the choice has to be good but not good enough to possibly win

Graham Norton and Zoe Ball said that they believe they know who the Eurovision entry is on BBC Radio 2. Apparently they used the pronoun “her”

apparently Birdy is also releasing a song or album on March 3rd

Yeah it's a bit annoying as it doesn't leave much time for promo but Sam did really well with promo but then again it feels like norways song was selected like ages ago and some people are getting sick of it so it's one of them bbc are working with the same record company so hopefully it'll be decent

I do feel that our song is always announced too late. Of course too early means that people might get tired of it before the competition but additional promo is always useful prior to the competition.
 
I don’t think the additional promo really matters. Most people only watch Eurovision once it comes around, the juries shouldn’t be reacting based on promo

We also have the additional promo based on TikTok now but I feel like that might not be the best thing if a song goes viral and everyone gets bored of it
 
They’re about 6 of us that want to go. At least 3 of us are available to try and get tickets. It’s going to be pretty stressful I reckon. With 9 shows I’m hoping we can something 🤞

If they say sold out before you get them try 5-10 minutes later or I’ve even tried 30mins or so later as you’ll get the tickets people have put in their basket but haven’t bought. But a lot will have given up as they’ll think it’s sold out
 
yeah apparently there's only five mins to check out once they're in your basket so going to make an account and pre save all my details this weekend. saw all the issues w taylor swift's tour in the states and praying that they're better prepared this time w the amount of international traffic
 
Apparently as part of the process you have to select which show you want tickets for to be placed in that queue - I don't think this was part of the process for other countries where it was a bit of a free for all for everyone?

Can you have multiple tabs open with multiple different show dates selected or?

I also wonder if that means getting tickets to semi 2 is easier as the fandom seems to think it's one of the weakest semis
