To be fair I haven't watched Eurovision in 5 years I didn't know they choose to show the jury's votes first. It wasn't like that years ago. So I still hope the results change.

The BBC dont even try though. They don’t let us chose the song anymore and they put zero effort into the staging etc, they don’t want to win and have to pay to host it. They know people will still tune in anyway and it rates better than anything else on at the same time. This will continue until such a time that the Beeb decide they’d quite like to win again and really make an effort. The year they got Andrew Lloyd Webber involved we came something like fourth.

I think they changed it about 4 or 5 years ago? When the viewer votes come in it actually makes it a lot more exciting!
