No, Zak is still alive in the show. Belle got married last week and they said he couldn’t attend because of some ailment (I think he had hurt his back but I might be misremembering).

When an actor dies in real life there is usually a gap of a few months, maybe up to a year or more, before they decide to kill off the character in real life. Might be because they want to respect the actor’s real family

Because Vanessa in real life is in a relationship with the producer. So they will want her with Charity because she’s such a popular character and actress. Nepotism.

If Kim trusts Ruby I’ll be shocked, our Kim is way more shrewd and she doesn’t need Ruby.
 
Even though there are many storylines going on it still feels disjointed and I am guessing due to money issues, for me there still is too much focus on characters stories and then nothing while others become the focus. The show as I have said before is doing ok with the plots but they just need to have a better flow between everyone interacting on screen.
On a lighter note when will Jay find out about Amit?

Also there are theories flying about that the new doctors receptionist has some connection or something with Meena , wouldn't surprise me since there was that random conversation where she found out about her
 
Soaps these days are so predictable you know excatly how a story is going to pan out!
The new doctors receptionist what's her story? I think she's had a baby which could have possibly died and I'm sure she will be linked to Meena (manpreets sister) somehow!

Oh yeah the baby thing is another good theory since she's showing an interest in Dawn's baby , hope it doesn't turn into a weird obsession and she ends up kidnapping him
