I think they're using a set of twins? I tried to catch the baby's name in the credits last week, but they flick through so quickly! She is really cute though. I work with babies all day so I'm quite immune to "cuteness" but she is lovely! (Or they both are? )

Think it’s purely speculation, but surely not?

I’ve not read the article but didn’t Rhona take Lucy to the hospital after she collapsed during an argument they had on Lucy’s driveway and she died in childbirth? So unless the whole hospital is in on it then I don’t get what the supposed ‘twist’ could be?

They could maybe use it as Gus told her and not the nurses direct. I don't remember the funeral but I do vaguely remember him talking about planning it. I'm not totally convinced she's alive though but it's a UK soap and stranger things have happened

This storyline is ridiculous and also why would she flee the country, leaving the lesser seen Leo without a mum….?!

Here's hoping Gus aka the most miserable looking man in the world gets knocked off his high horse when the police hear all about the theft of Rhona's passport, the identity fraud that enabled Ivy to be conceived and him losing the plot, running off and leaving the baby with her actual biological mother because he couldn't cope on his own.

Doubt Rhona will be charged, in real life the CPS probably wouldn't think a prosecution would be in the public interest. But this is Emmerdale so who knows?

Cannot abide Rhona but I hate Gus and his stupid face more.
