She is such a bloody face ache. Never liked her character and she only got worse.

Hate how they portray her life as- young single mum, aced all her exams, holds down a job and is a popular enough vlogger who is always in nice clothes with immaculate nails, hair and makeup. It's ridiculous. Now she's running the house, sorting out the council tax, and getting arsey with anyone who offers to help her. duck off Amelia.

They had such a good opportunity to be rid of her on the very windy day episode, but nope, we just got gurning, wailing, birthing Amelia. The barn should have collapsed on her. They need rid of the walking ball of misery asap!
She was even arsey with council tax 😂 "I just want to know if I'm exempt!"

I really really wish for once when a soap does a SA storyline they would show the victim reporting it and telling someone straight away and see them be supported through the process. I totally get that it's not always or even often like that in real life but if the aim is to raise awareness then showing them report it and get support would be incredibly powerful. I feel like all this does is put the fear of god into victims and suggest that they need to keep it a secret. It's not a great message to send that you can do this and get away with it, even if they inevitably get their comeuppance further down the line.

I too, find it frustrating when soaps show the victim not reporting it to the police or at least confiding to a friend about it. It does send the wrong message

However in Classic Eastenders on the Drama channel they are currently in 2003 and they’ve recently aired Little Mo being raped by Graham. She too delayed reporting it to the police but she did do it eventually after only a few days, maybe 3 or 4 days.

Little Mo did confide in someone the same night it happened, her neighbour Kate, who Mo didn’t know to start with was an ex-copper but with that element Kate was very practical with her advice.

At least with this Classic EE storyline they showed the victim at least confiding in somebody if not immediately reporting it to the police. Little Mo, told her husband Billy I think it was 2 days after the incident and Billy went with her a couple of days later to the police. This was a more positive report of a rape in a soap I feel

I too was shouting at the tv. I work as a sexual offences examiner and wish they would show that side of it. Even if it’s not straight away. A rape has 7 days for forensics. Obviously sooner and not showered is ‘better’ but we’re about more than that too, immediate care outside of the forensics such as contraception, hep b vaccine, HIV pep, the aftercare, everything. I’ve felt disappointed in the Corrie storyline and hoped theyd do it justice

I thought it was gunna go the opposite where she would want Samson far away as possible from a rapist. Not saying he's gunna go for him too but wouldn't want him being influenced by him
after i wrote that i read that she did do it for that reason in next weeks tv magazines.
