It was heartbreakingI thought Lydia’s story was very sad - I nearly shouted “nooooooo” when She went for a shower- glad she kept the clothes though - Hopefully she will be brave enough to tell someone

She was even arsey with council tax "I just want to know if I'm exempt!"She is such a bloody face ache. Never liked her character and she only got worse.
Hate how they portray her life as- young single mum, aced all her exams, holds down a job and is a popular enough vlogger who is always in nice clothes with immaculate nails, hair and makeup. It's ridiculous. Now she's running the house, sorting out the council tax, and getting arsey with anyone who offers to help her. duck off Amelia.
They had such a good opportunity to be rid of her on the very windy day episode, but nope, we just got gurning, wailing, birthing Amelia. The barn should have collapsed on her. They need rid of the walking ball of misery asap!
Yea me too, I hate it when soaps do this, have the character act like like it never happened instead of going to the police, really thought she was gonna tell KimPoor Lydia, really hoped she was going to the station!!
im guessing shes not gone to Police to help "good lad" Samson get his work experience.Yea me too, I hate it when soaps do this, have the character act like like it never happened instead of going to the police, really thought she was gonna tell Kim
Is this not gonna put real rape victims put off reporting it?
I really really wish for once when a soap does a SA storyline they would show the victim reporting it and telling someone straight away and see them be supported through the process. I totally get that it's not always or even often like that in real life but if the aim is to raise awareness then showing them report it and get support would be incredibly powerful. I feel like all this does is put the fear of god into victims and suggest that they need to keep it a secret. It's not a great message to send that you can do this and get away with it, even if they inevitably get their comeuppance further down the line.
When Rona was raped by pierce I remember she went to the rape crisis centre and reported it right away. She was still in her wedding dressIt will drag out now, wish for once a soap would do a storyline where they report right away.
I thought it was gunna go the opposite where she would want Samson far away as possible from a rapist. Not saying he's gunna go for him too but wouldn't want him being influenced by himim guessing shes not gone to Police to help "good lad" Samson get his work experience.
I think what Lydia will struggle with is proving it wasn't consensual , he will just say that it was
after i wrote that i read that she did do it for that reason in next weeks tv magazines.I thought it was gunna go the opposite where she would want Samson far away as possible from a rapist. Not saying he's gunna go for him too but wouldn't want him being influenced by him
Who is that - Tom seemed to know him.
