I think someone like Mandy running/owing the shop would be better, sticking her beak in David is about as exciting as a dripping mop .., he and Victoria are Mr & Mrs Dullllllllllllllll… The only shop in the village… where you can get booze…vino cheaper than the pub…. come on.., he should be a millionaire… throw up a set of petrol pumps … no fuel or carwash in the village…. c’mon David man you aren’t even trying.. a bakery and a deli counter… where did the post office go .., xmas is coming everyone needs stamps and parcels posted… oh flip sake a parcel depot for a courier company??? an atm machine??? But I suppose it could still go to trial by jury and he be kept inside until trial.
They might work out there was a third person in the barn and leave it to a jury to decide Cain's fate.

When he first came into the show he owned a cleaning business. Employed a string of cleaners.
That was soon forgotten.
