Why doesn't anyone in the Dales ever claim benefits? (I know that no-one is ever unemployed for long as there is always a job vacancy in the pub/garage/B&B etc etc)
But surely Marlon can claim some kind of disability benefit? He can't even walk to the toilet himself, so why all the angst about Rhona going back to work part-time, and the pub only paying him SSP?.
Mind you, I did laugh when Charity said that the pub was going through a "quiet spell". There are never more than 3 people in there at any one time, most of the village are under age, or recovering addicts, and those that are left are always being given drinks "on the house"!
No wonder they can't afford to pay Marlon
Please god no!!! Can't stand that sour face coming back!Friend told me they read that the dreaded deadpan Debbie Dingle is coming back.
Her hair drives me madI can’t stand Laurel - caught the end of an episode there and she’s still the same annoying martyr who never gets called out for anything but can judge everyone else.

Because there aren’t enough miserable people in that villageFriend told me they read that the dreaded deadpan Debbie Dingle is coming back.

Oh me too, am enjoying classic ones, but I think I'll have to stop watching soon!Debbie is just the worse in every possible way. Please could she die off screen? Pretty please?
(It can't be long until she turns up in the ITV3 classic episodes. Absolutely dreading her arrival.)
