- Lots of food.
- Procrastinating with the cleaning out of her father's house, left it to the last minute and had a hissy fit.
- The dog is living with the in-laws, at last, a lot of the time.
- Eating more food, but that ok because she is going to have her surgery soon and will be a size 10 in no time.
- Not isolating and drinking alcohol before her surgery, she is doing her best to have as long a recovery period as possible.

Edit. Had to remove one "eating food" I managed to writhe it three times.

Just noticed this comment 👀

Didn’t she say something like if her dad wasn’t allowed to go for Christmas dinner then she didn’t want it? Shocked Emma turned down an opportunity for free food to be honest!
She said if he wasn't coming she wouldn't be hosting and something along the lines of her inlaws agreed

She’ll still be ‘recovering’, perfect excuse not to leave her pit and eat all the roasties!
Ahh yea, can't leave her bed can she 🤣

That was it! I knew there was a dad factor in there which I do get but also I don’t - last year proved to the whole country that Christmas can change and it’s ok! Why not take the opportunity to start new traditions instead of dwelling on what’s she’s lost? They could get up and open their (needless) hundreds of pounds of gifts, go out for a lovely Christmassy walk, pop to the in-laws for dinner then have a nice quiet evening on their own with their cheese and crackers.
