Can’t reply to this now because of the new thread but want to say I 1000% agree her getting to the point of bailiffs at her house is not down to her ADHD but you can tell she was trying to hint at that so everyone would be telling her it’s not her fault etc, I was in no way saying her ADHD was the cause

Let’s be real if he has the audacity to try to get out of their council tax bill then this was likely a result of them thinking they are above having debt

She’s also admitted previously to deleting klarna apps and ignoring letters so it was probably that maybe?

Just seems funny to me that she speaks about her life before tik tok as if it was worlds different, but actually it seems it isn’t at all

She clearly hasn't been paying bills for a while there no way the bailiffs come out because of one missed payment. From what I've seen on tv they need to take you to court first and you'd have to of not paid for quite some time.
If she is struggling for money why not try doing some sort of posts on YouTube and tey get going over there since her tiktok is failing. I had a conversation with a family member someone they knew had 50k subscribers over there was getting 3k a month. I know Lloyd isn't super chef but he could post some sort of cooking videos to get people watching and bringing some money in if things really are as serious as bailiffs then they should be doing something about it

You’re right, it is a long ass process - I used to deal with these debts in a previous role. If you want to take someone to court, you have to prove how much you’ve chased with no success of payment. If they change address and not tell you, you have to restart the chasing process to then prove you’ve exhausted all avenues. Then the court have to sign off on bailiffs. It’s a very long and tiresome process, which is why some companies give up if it’s not a viable debt, as sometimes it can cost more to go through court.

Also differs between county court and high court writ (can’t pay we’ll take it away). If high court bailiffs turned up at theirs, she must be in deep tit.

Or, as we all know is possible with Eden, she’s lying, it never happened and she’s just trying to get sympathy or comments
 
My guess is that she has gotten herself into debt with all the "hauls", dogs and waste. Her assumption was the content these videos provided were an "investment" and she'd get the money back, and then some. Maybe this worked previously. But she's miscalculated terribly and instead of working through this with her husband and family, she's ignored it, hoped she could manifest a large brand deal and gotten herself further and further into trouble. It's actually not that uncommon once you start getting into debt as you borrow money from Peter to pay Paul. What is a shame is that instead of using her platform to educate her followers, she makes light of it and now tries to make "austerity" a new trend . I'm also assuming her parents or Lloyd's parents have helped get them out of a hole and she's embarrassed. It's not quite the trusting, loving marriage she has portrayed if her husband is answering the door to bailiffs without any prior warning there was an issue, is it? Either fully own it or shut up about it.

If the bailiff story is true, I would assume that they did help out but now they're sick of it as they're grown adults and have to learn from their mistakes

I’m leaning more towards it being true, but really downplayed. There’s just so much that’s happened money wise that it’s clearly been going on for ages.

They had to beg for their honeymoon, their new car bought (maybe) 18 months ago has disappeared, Yaz posting (a then swiftly deleted) TikTok of Eden crying over Yaz sending her £1K, not going to Disneyland Paris. I think she even cancelled her podcast as it was too difficult to get people and it was costing more than it made.

You've got a point there also that's why she stopped her "lash empire" as well because it was too expensive to run

Why dont they just go out and get a job? Mental how they think they can continue to pay the rent and bills with the views and engagement they get. Tbf, actually sorting her life out and a getting a job could be better content and much more relatable than it is now .
