It certainly looked like Tina's body was under the floorboards at the Argee Bhargee. It's amazing that Gray would have been able to get in unseen and be able to prise up the floorboards to hide her, then presumably nail them down again ! Phew

With handyman skills like that surely he could've offered to fix Karen's roof
