Like many storylines, this is going to be hard to watch, but it's important for awareness to be raised 😞. I can't believe I was ignorant enough to not consider that child to parent abuse would ever be a thing!

I'm not sure if it's the same thing, but my mum used to be controlled by my sister in law (who isn't a child, of course) until we moved to a different area. It was as if my SIL was head of the family, not mum
 
Honestly this Dean story is beyond ridiculous no wonder Linda is polishing off the Polish Vodka. Why don't the writers put him and Rocky in the same cell which by Walford standards wouldn't be beyond the realms of possibility.

I’m so bored of Linda being an alcoholic storyline
I am beyond both of the whole dean scenario
EastEnders have dragged the storyline on for nearly 2 years. I am so done.
and cat has made a bit of a rod for her own back she’s stuck in the flat with three boys. She had it made when she was with Phil . Nice holidays gorgeous house nice car and lots of money she’s not getting any younger. I would’ve just forgiven Phil for an easy life.

And I do not know why producers insist on keeping Elaine and George together they have zero chemistry
they are getting married and she doesn’t trust him and inch
Elaine is so insecure meanwhile George goes along with everything because he doesn’t want to tell her straight

Went on for a few episodes then he went to therapy was sent away and came back & everything was hunky dory & he was full of remorse
