Brilliant episode today don’t know how to do a spoiler but the ties are all coming together and Eddie is a nasty horrible man but what an actor!

Yes Eddie and George were both brilliant!
I even felt sorry for Eddie (for a split second).

Now Jacks into the constant meeting up with the six , with Johnny how do they think it doesn’t look so suspicious

I was gobsmacked by Jack giving them all casual updates at the Vic and that he would think it's OK for Dean to have been implicated for a crime he didn’t commit

Scott first met Barbara when his parents asked the actress to give their son some advice after leaving drama school. I was going to say allegedly but that does sound right to me. I’m sure you know that Scott has moved on with Tanya Franks (Rainey from EE) .. good luck to them, they are both good people.

And yes Barbara had a very happy marriage with Scott, probably the only man in her life who made her happy.

I was born in East London and lived there for over 30 years. I would agree about the old time Londoners with that opinion.

I never met Barbara but I did meet her ex gangster husband in the 1980s who was NOT a nice person. He was very intimidating, I worked for him briefly and he was scary. I always wondered about why she would marry a man like that.

Just read that the actor who plays Bobby Beale is quitting. Am guessing his exit will tie into the Lucy anniversary. My guess is that it’ll be retconned that actually she was still alive and someone else killed her.
