Yes, I didn’t understand why Jean and Harvey would be in the room when the doctor was speaking to Dean. They aren’t related to Jade, they had no business being there. And Jean kept asking bloody questions! She says she is Shirley’s best friend but they haven’t seen each other for years and I’ve never heard her mention Shirley being ill/in hospital like Dean has. So I don’t think they’re even in contact.

That’s must be of their job to make it believable. Like on Hollyoaks Lucas and Ste look like a real father and son

They usually make an effort to get a bit of a family likeness.

Ian/Bobby/Peter
Cindy/original Lucy
Phil and Grant/original Sam
Ronnie and Roxie
Max and Bradley
Tanya and Abi
Stacey and Lily

With Ravi/Priya/Nugget/Avani, they just don’t look like the same family to me. JMO.

Tbh I never though of it. I just know it's fictions I don't think about the characters looking similar. JMO

Yeah, this I found weird. I know Jean was concerned but still it felt out of place. Then Harvey just sauntering into the office after parking the car.

Though Jean was awesome, she was just on Dean's case the whole time and knew something wasn't right. I'm hoping she hasn't swallowed the story he gave her yesterday. Detective Jean on the case!
 
Just caught up and watched all of this weeks in 1 go, got up say it was a good week!

Highlights were definitely:
-Chelsea smacking Stacey!! 👏🏻
-Will finally having a story!
-Martin & Jack fighting! 😍
-Ravi being on screen 🥵
-Jean being a super sleuth
- Amy & Ricky telling Denise not to forgive Jack!

Also I can kinda see Martin & Pryia working out, I’m here for it! Also wouldn’t be mad if Ravi had a fight with Martin about it 🥵😍

Mine was Jean and I hope she stays suspicious and sorts him out. Does Jean know that Shirley is apparently in rehab? Surely she’d get to the bottom of that one quickly!
 
The thing that bugs me is why do the men walk round in suits !! And the women like shazza cindy Linda ect walk round in heels. I’m like get me in me pjs and slippers when I walk through the door.

I love how it doesn’t matter how battered Linda gets, she always does her hair and a full face the next day (once she’s got up of course)
