Who’s door is it she’s at at the end?
Edit to add: I’ve had a wee google as I think Kim saying we are all family must mean it’s someone who is her family.
I think the only family she has left there is Tiff (her niece) and Tommy (her step son and her daughters half brother - I forgot Alfie wasn’t his Dad!). I could be looking too much into it and it’s someone else's Lol.

Who is Tommy’s dad? I completely forgot he isn’t Alfie’s. Maybe it will finally get a bit more interesting now that Janine is back.

Who gives a shiny shite about the kiddies football rubbish. Wasting screen time.
But I suspect it's to pave the way for Janine's return. As in she sees her dead hubby's kid online in the footy vids and decides to get involved in the Square again. So that's a positive.

Lola, ffs she's not 16 anymore, she's 28, get her out of the tiny jackets, tight tiny skirts and literally get her hair down out of that sideways pony tail. Let her grow up.
 
Agree with all the criticisms!

I really don't want a Janine return, Sen/Oates will turn her panto villain like modern day Kim Tate in Emmerdale. Really think the character is spent and no more good can come from any storyline involving her. I hope they at least revisit Alice, and have her come back to seek revenge, I'd maybe enjoy that!

Sheree reminds me of my own mother when I was first diagnosed with schizophrenia, she was just as controlling and tried to infantize me. Pretty much had to go no contact for years to get that logic out of her head, and show her I can succeed in life, I just got some challenges, that's all. (Who doesn't in this day and age?! lol)

The show is a bit all over the place, but, I do like how more characters interact with each other, in the ITV soaps, you can tell they're block filming and only certain characters appear with others in their own little bubbles of storylines. EE at least mixes everyone up better.

What was with the look of last night's episode? It looked brighter and clearer?

That’s because when Kate Oates was the producer on Emmerdale that was the only show she was working on like it was when she then started producing Corrie after she left Emmerdale. However when she went over to the BBC it was as Senior Executive Producer on EastEnders, Holby City & Casualty with Jon Sen in a Executive Producer role. Very shortly after she was promoted to Head of Continuing Drama, overseeing six BBC soap operas and dramas but remaining in creative control of EastEnders with Jon Sen doing the more day to day work on the show.
