Patsy Kensit was awful in last night's episode! Her face can not convey any emotion and she just has this gormless expressionless stare on her face the entire time. Such a shame because its terrible casting on a, so far, well done story line (apart from Lexi being a brat!)

Sam was 14 at the beginning of 1990. 15 by the time she made her first appearance in July 1990 so theoretically she grew up in the 80s and 90s

It can happen with those things, with disasterous consequences. I hate that people feel the need to do this to themselves. Why can't we accept our bodies as they are?

I'd be really surprised if Letitia Dean has had a gastric sleeve, probably more likely to be a balloon or a band, they are much less invasive and reversible. She wasn't really big enough for a sleeve.

I think the same, definitely something surgical. She's never been this skinny before (even when she was young) and she's starting to look too gaunt for her age now. I don't believe her rapid weight loss is just down to following a strict diet.

I don’t think Letitia Dean is ill. It’s just that when you lose weight when you’re older it tends to leave your face looking quite gaunt. Especially if you’ve had a procedure or done something drastic to lose the weight, as you’re more likely to get loose skin. My mum lost 8st in a year through dieting alone and I was shocked when I saw her after a few months because she looked ill to me yet was a healthy weight.

Also, remember when it turned out Scarlet Moffat did that boot camp that basically starved her and she lost a lot of weight very quickly? Maybe not surgery
