You know tit's going down when Linda wears her velour depression tracksuit!
Did she have to look so awful last night, I know she is grieving but she didn't have to look quite so pale and lost and a little touch of make up would have been more realistic.

You have to be missing for something like 7 years before you can be declared dead in law. Therefore L won't be able to sell the pub and as Janine was Micks wife when he disappeared surely she would legally inherit his share? L will have to get a manager to run the pub. I really hope its not bloody Alfie 😕
Just for completeness :
“ … there is no automatic declaration of the 7 year rule. The family or other interested party must apply to the court for a specific purpose e.g. to deal with the missing person’s estate. The court will grant permission to deal with the estate if it is satisfied by the information provided to it – this will include what efforts have been made to find the missing person, and may include evidence from the police and other searching organisations.”

Sorry to be so pedantic but all of the above will take forever and even if she is granted permission Linda won’t be able to sell the pub for yonks. This really annoys when the research takes a moment: I do however have every faith they will get the story of Zack’s diagnosis of HIV right, really important they do with so much prejudice and naïveté still out there.

Am I right in saying that even if Whit is testing negative now, she could still test positive six months after having sex with Zack?

This. Especially when you see the woefully ill informed tweet from Lord Sugar, something he hasn't deleted or apologised for giving misinformation about as far as I'm aware.
