Not necessarily but if she does she could pass it to the baby either while she is pregnant, during birth or breastfeeding.
There are drugs that can stop transmission from mother to baby. But I don't know if that would work as it is Zack's sperm, so it could be inevitable, HIV can be present in semen. Unless Whitney took a PEP drug for post exposure, but then again, that could harm the baby...hmmm.

If the mother has got HIV i believe getting a ceasarean and not breast feeding among other precautions prevents transmission
 
Sorry to be ignorant but is is that quick for an HIV test nowadays. It used to take weeks?
