They are real life sisters so some of the emotion is probably real as in Lacey ( Stacey) finding out her sister Daisy ( Lilly) is pregnant at such a young age if that makes sense !

A lot of the comments on the Eastenders fb page are saying that teen pregnancies are becoming more common but that's just not true, they are becoming less common. They have decreased for 12 years upto 2019, there were less than 15k teen pregnancies in 2019. I don't know the exact figure for children such as Lily (because she is not a teenager) but I'd say it's so rare as to be almost unheard of. I am repeating myself now but I am disgusted with this storyline and the whodunnit element is crappy.

I think this might be it. He wouldn’t be that worried about her having tests if anything was happening because he wouldn’t know she was pregnant.

Yep it can sadly happen, you can get a positive and continue to get positives on further pregnancy tests which I don’t understand why Whitney only took the one? I’m pregnant with my third and each pregnancy I took around five to double/triple check . Anyways some women will go to their dating scan at 12-14 weeks to be told there’s no baby it’s just an empty gestational sac which they call blighted ovum. I’m on another forum for pregnant women and we’re all coming up to our first scans and it’s happened to a few already
