Season 1 had some rubbish queens tbh.

There was Gothy Kendoll - rubbish. Remember that walk with the tiger face paint? šŸ¤£

Then there was Scaredy Cat, who wasnā€™t actually a drag queen, heā€™s a straight man with a bunch of creepy fetishes (he and his girlfriend were/are ā€œlittlesā€, which I donā€™t recommend Googling, because itā€™s gross. Basically itā€™s a fetish for pretending to be children... sexually šŸ¤¢)

Vinegar - great personality but crap at make up/clothes šŸ˜†

Were you happy with who won.. Now thats the question. Most of the time us. Im so happy and routing for any of the 3. But drag race uk last year i wasnt sharing the love AT all.. (much to my dismay)

I never watched the first series because I heard it wasn't great
 
Yes I loved season 1! Granted it took a few weeks to get rid of the slightly tit queens, but after that it was good. I loved Cheryl hole and baga chips so much also loved blu and had a soft spot for diving. Was pretty disappointed that the Viviane won but other than that.
I think the real difference in season 2 is there really isnā€™t any stand out weakones !

I much preferred season 1 to the current season. I liked Baga, Cheryl Hole, Blu Hydrangea, Sumtingwong. I actually like Vivienne as a queen too.

I know someone that is in the drag scene, apparently behind the scenes Vivienne isn't very nice to people, demanding/entitled/rude.
He knows the guy that owns the bar that Viv worked in.
 
Does anyone listen to The Chop? Podcast with Manila Luzon and Lattice Royale. They cover the UK drag races (Race Chaser with Alaska and Willem is really good as well)
 
I wanted Divina to win series 1, and at the time I'd have been happy to see Baga win but I've really gone off Baga after the show.

I don't think I could say at this point who I want to win the current series or even who should win? Looking forward to whenever we get a snatch game but I'm not sure it could top series 1, that was fab!!!

I never liked Baga. Especially after the episode she spoke to her mum horribly.

I liked the frock destroyers for that one time. But it got overplayed to death. I bleeping hate it now.

It was definitely over played!
I really can't remember anything about Baga's mum? I'll have to do an investigate...

Maybe Baga was just being a bit awkward, and maybe it was how it was edited, but she ended up criticising her mum a bit too much, really, drawing a bit too much attention to her age (in a negative way), insecurities and inadvertently comparing her with the younger mums/sisters on the show. I do think Baga was trying to look out for her but it didn't come off well. I think Michelle was right to encourage Baga's mum to embrace her body but I would find it hard to knowingly bring attention to what some people might see as my 'flaws' on national television.

Some of the stuff about the ship sinking in the Falklands War you could argue was in poor taste, plus the Amy Winehouse impersonation.

I thought Baga should have been in the bottom for that awful scouring pad look she made.

Gothy was way out of her depth on the show. Just found this video of her on Celeb Ex in the City.
