Dove Cameron #1 Surgery and Photoshop

Decided to create this thread after realising that no-one else appears to be talking about this and wondering if I'm the only really concerned for her. Her body dysmorphia is off the charts!! She has been editing her pictures like this for years! She has had so many surgeries, she had at least 2 nose jobs before she was 16! I do wonder about her mother tbh- Bonnie released a book about how to get your kids famous and it makes me think she's one of 'those' stage mothers.
It was this picture that Dove shared today that made me wonder what the hell is going on! Like, what the actual f??? She seems to be determined to look like a bobble head barbie! She obviously doesn't actually look like that- it's obviously edited within an inch of its life! I feel like her fans are blind to not see it!! I also find it hilarious that she claims she started smiling differently to show her dimples when every single video and photo of her pre-surgery proves she didn't have dimples before - no sign of the dimples when she did Shameless. Is this all her mother's influence? Is there Disney influence in there as well (there is a lot of Disney kids that have gone off the rails)? Does she know what she is doing when she posts the body check photos and videos? I personally think she does and is just fishing for compliments from the 'dovelies'.
It's such a shame because I think she is insanely talented- a great actress and singer. But her evolvement through the Descendants films (she obviously had surgeries, botox, fillers etc between each film), I can't believe Disney were okay with her changing her appearance so much between the 3 films she was in!

I had to look up who this person is, and fell down a rabbit hole with the Instagram account Problematic Fame. So Dove not only (ridiculously) photoshops personal photos, she also takes published photos of herself, photoshops them, and then publishes them on her personal Instagram? Weird when the original is easy to find.

It’s as if she’s trying to make herself look like an alien with some of those face manipulations! It’s whenever the attached photo is used in before and afters of Dove her diehard fans swear blind that it’s not Dove! But it is! Pre all the surgery! And she pretty much looks like this is Shameless.

My niece used to be obsessed with The Descendants but as she got older, her taste changed so hadn't seen her in years. We had been talking about Sabrina Carpenter who is unrecognisable from when she first came out. I mentioned Dove and how much she had done to herself. She didn't recognise her at all.

I only heard of Dove because I kept seeing clips from Hairspray live on Insta and it’s shocking to see how different she is now, unrecognisable!

I only just realised she’s in the American version of shameless and she’s constantly trying it on with lip during Debbie’s sleepover. Doesn’t look like her at all. So sad the amount of work she’s had done so young.

Flying monkeys posting pictures of her as a kid which actually proves how much surgery she’s had but they’ll still claim ‘it’s only makeup’



meanwhile, she’s definitely had buccal fat removal which she heightens even more with makeup!
